Opportunity
Life Surge is seeking a highly skilled Production Assistant with expertise in ProPresenter to join our dynamic production team. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the flawless execution of all technical and visual elements of our events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with various teams to bring our events to life.
Responsibilities:
ProPresenter & Technical Oversight: Set up and operate ProPresenter; manage screens, cues, and media to ensure flawless execution.
Show & Stage Management: Own the visual presentation, lead stage setup, and supervise all visible elements for a polished experience.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work cross-functionally to manage logistics, talent needs, creative updates, and marketing assets.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and adapt live to maintain show flow and quality.
Producer & Admin Support: Assist with event adjustments, invoicing, and day-of execution tasks as needed.
Creative Input: Offer ideas to elevate production quality and audience engagement.
Requirements:
Frequent travel and weekend availability, including mornings and evenings. A passion for production, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in ProPresenter and experience managing multimedia content for live events.
Strong understanding of AV systems, live production workflows, and event logistics.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, live event environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience working with talent riders, furniture logistics, and stage setup is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate stage elements and event execution.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
