Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and advanced road maps for product roadmaps Knowledge of military cyber operations, including tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), tools, and technologies Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps, and regulations, standards, and frameworks such as NIST, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity requirements Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog, make data-driven decisions, and drive product delivery to meet mission objectives TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Cybersecurity SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM) or Scrum Master Certification Additional Qualifications Experience working in a government or defense contracting SAFe Agile environment Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including military personnel, government agencies, and contractors Possession of excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Master's degree in CS, IT, or Cybersecurity Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
