WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Product Operations Manager is the executional backbone of the product development lifecycle. This role ensures that internal systems, processes, and coordination across teams run efficiently, enabling product managers and UX professionals to deliver high-impact solutions. With a focus on feedback systems, impact tracking, discovery coordination, and release readiness, this role is critical to maintaining operational clarity and discipline.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Feedback and Impact Measurement System Ownership
* Own the systems and processes used by PMs to evaluate and manage customer feedback
* Ensure the feedback river is scalable, structured, and accessible and that AI is being leveraged effectively
* Monitor process health for feedback routing and analysis, but not responsible for analysis itself
* Support PMs in setting up dashboards and mechanisms to measure impact (tracking) product adoption, retention, and satisfaction
* Perform high-level analysis (e.g., % of releases meeting adoption goals)
Release Coordination
* Coordinate with Client Care Operations to prepare knowledge base updates and customer communications
* Partner with Enablement to ensure internal readiness for new product releases
* Communicate product readiness and timing to Marketing and cross-functional teams
* Own the Release Readiness checklist and process to ensure cross-team alignment
Discovery Coordination
* Connect PMs and UX with customers or prospects for interviews and discovery
* Coordinate logistics for design sprints and research initiatives, including incentive management
* Create and manage research projects in discovery tools (e.g., Strella, Userlytics)
* Suggest process improvements and reinforce discovery best practices and support AI tooling improvements
Financial Tracking & Reporting
* Track CapEx and research hour budgets for PM and UX teams
* Monitor time logged and surface trends or anomalies
* Support Product and UX leaders in identifying financial risks and opportunities
Process Improvement
* Analyze current product development processes and identify operational inefficiencies, including new opportunities to leverage AI
* Recommend and implement improvements to increase speed, quality, and visibility
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
* Experience with modern product management processes & agile software development methodologies
* Demonstrates robust operational expertise, a strategic approach to systemic improvement, and a proven ability to harness AI technologies for informed decision-making.
* Ability to execute and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software
* 5-7 years experience in product operations, product management, or operations working closely with product and engineering teams
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
* 3+ years experience directly in product operations
