Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Salary Range: $60-66/Hour

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team focused on collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the successful launch and ongoing management of our products. This role is essential in aligning operational processes with overall product strategy and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's Degree
• This role will support DESIGN OPERATIONS. Program and Project management background would work as well for this role.
• Prior design experience with an operational mindset is a plus or work in product development in sportwear.
  Must have strong communication skills to work with graphic designers, color designers, product designers, footwear and apparel designers in the Basketball space.
  Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills to work with designers across various disciplines
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize plans across teams
• Experience with Miro and Airtable
• Background in design operations, program, and project management
• Prior design experience with an operational mindset or work in product development in sportswear
• Passion or experience in design operations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting
• Utilize data analytics to assess product performance and track KPIs
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors
• Collaborate with finance teams to manage project budgets
