The role involves advanced estate, generation skipping transfer, income, and inheritance tax planning, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. The associate will collaborate with internal and external parties, advise clients on complex issues, interpret laws, conduct legal research, and prepare memos. Responsibilities also include attending meetings, prioritizing multiple projects, and developing client relationships.
