Responsibilities:*Levels of care at this facility include: Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization and Medication-assisted treatment
The Group Facilitator will conduct group psychotherapy sessions for our clients. They will help guide and direct clients during group sessions. The Group Facilitator will prepare group and individual notes that support clinical necessity and progress toward treatment plan goals.
