Splitz Gymnastics is looking for a fun, outgoing and dependable part-time Recreational / Preschool Coach! Consistency is extremely important for this position as it is essential for our gymnasts to learn and grow in this sport.
You will be working with ages as young as 18 month all the way up to 16 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool / recreational gymnasts.
- Provide guidance and instruction to help gymnasts improve their skills and reach their full potential.
- Create a positive and encouraging environment for all athletes.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure program success.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of proper technique and safety guidelines for gymnastics.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work with athletes of all ages and skill level.
- Passion for the sport and a desire to help gymnasts succeed.
