POSITION SUMMARY
As a Plumber at To the T Plumbing & Heating, LLC, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include servicing, installing, and remodeling plumbing fixtures and appliances. Established by Nate and Megan Trail, the company has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted household name, serving both residential and commercial clients across Northern Colorado.

OBJECTIVES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years as a plumbing apprentice or possession of a journeyman license.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Hardworking, good communicator, team player, and detail-oriented.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment, with weights varying from 10 to 100 pounds.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling tools and equipment, including the ability to push, pull, and demonstrate eye-hand coordination.
• Mobility and Posture: Capability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach above the shoulder, crouch, and crawl.
• Work Environment Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures, confined spaces, elevated heights, and environments with noise or vibrations.
• Vision and Hearing: Adequate near and far vision, as well as hearing abilities, are important for reading blueprints, inspecting systems, and communicating effectively in noisy environments.
• Communication Skills: Ability to verbally communicate with team members, clients, and supervisors, ensuring clear understanding and coordination.
