My client is seeking skilled and dedicated Pipefitters to join the team. This is a direct hire opportunity!! The ideal candidates will have a strong background in pipeline installation and cooper brazing. As a Pipefitter, you will play a crucial role in assembling, maintaining, and repairing piping systems across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install piping systems, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings.
• Perform stick welding on various materials as required for pipeline projects.
• Maintain existing piping systems, conducting regular inspections to identify issues.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians to integrate piping into heating and cooling systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to piping systems and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all tasks.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with stick welding techniques is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
