Job Description: 

• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly payroll returns, process required deposits.
• Support year end processing and filing of government documents.
• Enter union and non-union craft new hires and terminations in payroll system and audit.
• Process non-union PTO payouts.
• Review Replicon Time Entry to ensure all hours are entered and follow up via email on missing time.
• Download, balance and import files into Oracle.
• Assist in the processing of payroll and process layoff checks as needed.
• Respond to employment verifications on craft employees both by phone and mail.
• Assist with monthly union reporting.
• Assist in filing and sorting weekly payroll checks.
• Other routine tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications: 

Education:   

Associate/Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field a plus  

Background profile:   

• 1-3+ years of Accounting experience, payroll experience helpful
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and communication skills
