Payroll and Benefits Clerk - Part Time-Temporary
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Clerk-part time to join their team. As a Payroll and Benefits Clerk, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the payroll and benefits functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Clerk-part time-16 hours per week

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

What's the Job?

• Bi-weekly payroll processing
• Verifying new hire entries in the payroll system
• Processing terminations in the payroll system
• Handling garnishments and child support orders
• Updating 401(k) and HSA deferrals

What's Needed?

• Experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of benefits administration is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with UKG is a plus but not required
