Position Overview
Premier state-wide fertility practice has an immediate opening. The Payor Contracting & Strategy Manager is responsible for managing relationships with payors, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to optimize reimbursement processes. This role will ensure that the organization maximizes its revenue opportunities and maintains favorable terms with insurance companies and other payors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement payor contracting strategies to enhance revenue streams.
• Negotiate contracts with payors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Analyze market trends and payor performance to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracting strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and manage relationships with payor representatives.
• Provide guidance to staff on payor contracting issues and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payor contracting and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of payor contracts language and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with payors.
