About This Role:

Our preference is to identify an applicant living in FL, who can collaborate with the team on our in office days. However, a fully remote opportunity will be considered for exceptional candidates residing in NC, PA, VT and MS.

Day-to-Day:

  • Highly contributes to developing effective paid marketing initiatives across all web properties with the aim of meeting or exceeding traffic goals and lead-generation goals set by the company for various websites and projects.
  • Works with Director of Marketing, Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Content Lead, and Development Lead to build successful paid campaigns across a multitude of channels and campaign types, including programmatic, print, display, data targeting, retargeting, and more.
  • Oversees new paid marketing channel expansion and identifies and explores new paid marketing channels to expand our reach.
  • Plans, executes, and optimizes campaigns on marketing channels they have been assigned:
    • Works on keyword expansion, management, and bidding
    • Develops ad copy creation and testing
    • Works with in-house design team to produce effective creatives
    • Conducts A/B testing to refine and improve ad creative, targeting, and messaging.
    • Ensures projects are on track to meet lead and signing goals, including project projections and shifting budget allocations
    • Monitors and manages budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment
  • Assists Senior Paid Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with the execution of Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis, including:
    • Generates regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly PPC performance reports and analysis (shared with the Director of Marketing, Project Lead, and Executives)
    • Responsible for communicating performance to all levels of management
    • Analyzes performance, including traffic, leads, and conversions to optimize every aspect of the cycle.
  • Failure to achieve expected metrics/results or making incorrect decisions/recommendations will have a serious, measurable impact on schedules or project milestones.

  • Ensure all website leads are making it to the correct partners.
  • Flag issues (partner or technical).
  • Independently seek out continuing education (whether webinars, conferences, or online courses) on a yearly basis to ensure the ongoing pursuit of expanding professional knowledge in areas related to items within the role’s purview.
  • Help the Director of Marketing provide rigid QC standards to our websites. Continually auditing and QCing the site to spot issues or areas of improvement on: 
    • Campaign settings and budgets
    • PPC and traditional marketing assets
    • Landing page UI/UX
    • Lead attribution
    • Exploration of new PPC channels

  • Share with the team new trends, best practices and other information garnered through ongoing education efforts via blog posts, presentations, and other methods of communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, and/or the equivalent amount through previous experience.
  • Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources and manipulate them to analyze and interpret business performance.
  • History of content curation.
  • Ability to self-manage, take point on impactful interdisciplinary initiatives, and execute tasks to completion (including post-launch reporting). 
  • Ability to identify anomalies found within websites, ad platforms, traffic performance, and lead management systems and, from those, derive preliminary change recommendations.
  • Ability to generate monthly channel forecasts for review.
  • Advanced understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM preferred (e.g., ability to create new reports, ability to understand what report types and fields should be used to generate accurate information).
  • Advanced understanding of PPC: 
    • At least 2 years of experience in PPC
    • High level of experience with paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tradedesk, Linkedin Ads, etc. 
    • High level of experience with Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce), and other similar tools
    • Advanced PPC optimizations and expertise
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar software.
