WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will also support the Parts Manager with year-end inventory and other assigned operational tasks.
As our Outside Parts Sales Representative, you will manage a curated list of accounts within your territory, making weekly outreach calls to communicate monthly and weekly sales specials, provide parts support, and drive new business. Your responsibilities will include processing paperwork for orders, purchases, returns, and core returns, while also supporting the documentation of special orders. You’ll work closely with customers on-site to offer parts solutions, resolve post-sale issues such as returns and warranty concerns, and maintain appropriate stocking inventory levels in their shops. Your work will include vendor ride-alongs to expand product knowledge and strengthen vendor relationships. You’ll also promote parts for all truck makes, with an emphasis on TRP aftermarket parts and additional PACCAR-branded offerings. Additionally, you will assist customers in scheduling service jobs, ensuring clear and consistent communication with the service department throughout the process.
