*Part-time Colorado Springs Family Law Attorney Needed - $150.00/hour*

Requirements:

· Colorado-licensed attorney in good standing with *NO *disciplinary history in *ANY *state. (We will check.)

· Lead attorney position: must be a self-starter who can run all aspects of their cases.

· Minimum of 3 years family law experience; strong knowledge of Colorado family law procedures and court rules; *trial experience a must *(in contested divorce and/or custody proceedings).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients.

· Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills.

· Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of Colorado Springs (El Paso County) courthouses. Candidate MUST be able to travel to Colorado Springs (El Paso County) for court appearances, etc. It would be considered a strong bonus if candidate is willing to take cases from Denver South Metro through Douglas County, but this position focuses on Colorado Springs.

Duties:

· The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle a wide variety of family law matters for a diverse population of clients.

· No minimum billed-hours requirement.

· Must be able to work remotely.

· Knowledge of Clio legal software a plus.

· Additional practice areas may be available for work: estate planning, criminal law, general civil litigation, and others.

Ability to relocate:

· El Paso County (or reasonable distance to Colorado Springs): Must be relocated prior to starting work (Required)
