What you’ll do…
Enforce safety and quality standards, and lead by example in promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Foster teamwork and collaboration, and develop team goals and procedures.
Manage dock operations, trailer routing, and freight scheduling. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
Support and participate in lean initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
Track KPIs, audit operations, and address deficiencies to ensure adherence to standards.
What you’ll need...
Two (2) years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment
Previous plant production software experience
Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
