JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Description We are seeking a Mine Budgeting System Specialist to lead the definition of the target operating model for Xeras planning, ensuring seamless integration with mine planning (e.g., Deswik), transactional (SAP), and financial (OneStream) systems. Responsibilities Define Target Operating Model: Lead the development of the target operating model for Xeras planning, ensuring integration with other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize planning cycles. Drive re-implementation of Xeras in line with the model. Alignment and Adoption: Manage change, training, and coaching for planning model adoption. Support user groups to ensure proficiency. Manage project initiatives to ensure timely completion. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices to streamline financial planning. Identify gaps and opportunities for model alignment and improvement. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with planning systems implementation and improvement. Expertise in Xeras, Deswik, SAP, and OneStream. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Knowledge of data structures; Power BI experience is a plus.
