Responsibilities: Identify the characteristics, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational status of foreign countries' oil and natural gas networks, facilities, and equipment that contribute to energy security, including support to their military capabilities. Produce all-source analytic products and engage in data curation to support customer missions. Collaborate with branch, external analysts, and colleagues to acquire information used in deliverables supporting planning and decision-making. Participate in preparing and presenting oil and natural gas infrastructure analysis in written DIA products adhering to IC analytic standards and in oral presentations related to national policy, military planning, and operations. Apply knowledge of energy infrastructure vulnerabilities, including petroleum facilities, pipelines, refineries, storage depots, transit chokepoints, and control systems. Utilize tools such as iSpy, message traffic tools, MARS, ArcPro, and geospatial data holdings tools. Security Clearance TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or ability to obtain. Job Requirements Desired experience: At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Desired education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
