Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level (2+ Years Professional Experience) About the Role We’re looking for a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. As an entry-level engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design, build, and deploy machine learning models at scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has foundational industry experience and is eager to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and identify ML use cases. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract insights and prepare them for model training. Optimize model performance and ensure robust deployment in production systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve ML systems over time. Stay current with developments in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning or data science roles. Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms. Familiarity with version control (Git), APIs, and containerization (Docker) is a plus. Nice to Have Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
