LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Bloomington, Illinois.

Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pediatric caseload (birth to age 18)
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments in areas such as:
  • Fine motor/self-help skills
  • Sensory integration
  • Visual/perceptual skills
  • Upper extremity function and strength
  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral analysts, and developmental therapists
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and interns
• Develop, update, and implement treatment plans with targeted goals
• Maintain timely and professional documentation
• Perform other duties as needed to support team and client needs
  
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Master’s preferred)
• NBCOT certification
• Active or eligible Illinois OT license
• Early Intervention (EI) credential or eligibility preferred
• At least one year of pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current auto insurance
