A large financial client in Lewiston is hiring for Loan Operations Representatives for an onsite opportunity! This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot into the door of a reputable institution. salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support loan servicing activities
• Accurately enter and update loan-related data into internal systems and databases
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and documentation
• Support the team in managing and processing loan documents
• Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and organization
• Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and software tools
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all work
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental deadlines and quality standards
