Summary:
Responsible for managing lease records and property accounting functions for a portfolio of commercial or residential properties. Ensures accurate financial reporting, lease compliance, and operational efficiency.
Maintain lease data and track critical dates (renewals, expirations, escalations).
Review and interpret lease agreements; support lease audits and compliance.
Prepare CAM reconciliations and respond to tenant inquiries.
Perform monthly financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Manage AP/AR, rent rolls, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Reconcile property expenses, taxes, and insurance; support audits.
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in lease administration or property accounting.
Proficient in property management/accounting software (Yardi, MRI, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
