Corporate Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt – Clean Energy Manufacturing

Location: Burlington, WA | Full-Time, On-site

Salary: $85,000–$120,000/year DOE

We are seeking a Corporate Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt to lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This high-impact role will drive Lean and Six Sigma strategies, optimize processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Hoshin Planning and CI initiatives across corporate and plant-level operations
• Facilitate value stream mapping and develop annual CI project roadmaps
• Manage high-impact Black Belt projects and coach belts toward certification
• Design and deliver Lean and Six Sigma training (White through Black Belt)
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and tracking tools for visibility and performance
• Support CMMS and CI platform administration
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT to drive data-driven decisions
• Lead RCA and corrective action efforts while mentoring site teams in Lean methodologies
• Promote cross-site collaboration, benchmarking, and CI summits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles
• 5+ years in Lean/Six Sigma environments
• 3+ years managing enterprise-level projects
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficient in Minitab, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel as needed across North America

Preferred Certifications:

• Lean Certification
• Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
• PMP or Prince2
