Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Learning Systems & Compliance Partner to own and elevate our digital learning ecosystem. This role is a unique blend of technical platform management, instructional design, and user experience strategy. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, creatively minded, and deeply curious about how adults learn best in a digital environment. You will be the central point of contact for our Learning Management System, responsible for everything from its technical administration to the design of engaging and effective learning pathways for our employees.

Responsibilities

LMS Strategy & Platform Management

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the company's LMS.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of learning technologies, including a potential future LMS, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and user needs.
  • Manage the daytoday administration of the LMS, including user management, role configuration, security permissions, and system settings.
  • Develop the look, feel, and user interface of the LMS to create an intuitive, accessible, and onbrand learning environment.
  • Partner with IT and HR teams to manage system integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with internal departments to create and align on compliance trainings.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track learning engagement, course completion, and the overall impact of training initiatives.

Learning Experience & Content Curation

  • Apply modern adult learning principles and instructional design theory to create effective and engaging digital learning experiences.
  • Design and build structured learning paths, curricula, and certification programs within the LMS that guide employees through their development journey.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate, develop, and upload highquality learning content in various formats (e.g., videos, documents, quizzes).
  • Champion and integrate modern learning methodologies, such as microlearning, social learning, and gamification (e.g., badges, leaderboards, points), to enhance learner motivation and knowledge retention.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to internal content creators on developing content that is optimized for our LMS.

User Support & Enablement

  • Act as the key point of contact for all LMSrelated inquiries, providing timely support to learners, managers, and administrators.
  • Develop and deliver training, user guides, and FAQs to promote LMS adoption and empower users to get the most out of the platform.
  • Continuously gather feedback from users to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the learning experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience: 35+ years of handson experience administering and managing a major Learning Management System; experience purchasing and implementing an LMS is useful.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of LMS architecture, including user/data management, system configurations, and reporting.
  • Instructional Design: Proven knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles, with experience creating learning paths and curricula.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • ProblemSolving: A proactive and analytical problemsolver who can diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Preferred

  • Experience having played a key role in an LMS selection and implementation project.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing gamification strategies to drive learner engagement.
  • Familiarity with content authoring tools.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for creating userfriendly digital experiences.
  • Experience with data analysis and using learning analytics to inform strategy.

Pay Disclosure

Base salary of $149,700 $187,100 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
