Responsibilities & Duties:

• Tear down and cleaning of components, followed by preparation of Inspection reports. This process includes performing measurements of sub-components/parts, conducting tests against acceptability criteria, determining which parts require replacement, and providing outside testing and/or services.
• Reassemble components according to the applicable Component Maintenance Manual or shop procedures manual, and conduct the appropriate inspections, tests, and functional tests. Reassembly of Components includes but is not limited to: painting, re-surfacing, soldering, wiring, repairs, adjustments, and assembly operations.
• Verify all paperwork associated with the assembly and the traceability of parts used in the component assembly. Ensure that all the data related to measurements, testing, functional tests, and inspections is recorded on the work order or applicable accompanying documents.
• Participate or lead in the development of repair techniques or processes to enhance productivity.

Desired Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in component repair and overhaul.
• You are a team player with strong initiative to develop lean techniques and share experience.
• You have a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and enjoy being a member of a strong team.
