Critical Thinking: Spot areas for improvement and suggest changes that will boost ad performance and quality. We’re looking for someone who: Has a high professional level of Dutch (B1+) and English (B2/C1+). Notices the small things others often miss — strong attention to detail is a must. Can easily switch between working independently and as part of a team. Learns fast, adapts easily, and works well under dynamic conditions. Is comfortable with Google Suite (especially Google Docs and Sheets). Has a basic understanding of online advertising and search engine marketing. Bonus points if you have experience in the tech or content moderation industries. Is ready to work in a shift‑based schedule and available for morning work (CET time).
