Job Summary As the Merch Marketing Specialist, you will lead marketing content distribution across new media platforms, develop digital business opportunities, and define strategic plans for digital channels. This position reports to the Director of Brand Strategy and is fully in office. Responsibilities Create scalable growth plans and impactful marketing campaigns Manage daily marketing activities and budgets Analyze past efforts to optimize outreach and sales Oversee grassroots marketing efforts with internal teams and local contacts Integrate paid marketing and social media strategies Assess program effectiveness with analytics, set KPIs, and streamline communication Collaborate with event teams on merch efforts Maintain relationships with media, vendors, partners, and shareholders Drive promotions, contests, sweepstakes, and sponsorships Research and experiment with new marketing technologies Ensure timely completion of asset requests Contribute to process improvements and industry trend analysis Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, entertainment marketing, or event production Strong multi-channel marketing experience, including social/digital media Experience managing clients, teams, and budgets Knowledge of online marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, CRM software Ability to generate reports and analyze data Strong understanding of social media trends and measurement Knowledge of digital media planning, buying, and optimization Applicants must have work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
