As we are expanding our product range and preparing for upcoming brand and generic product launches, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in leveraging data while building positive relationships; preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, building relationships with individuals at independent pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, doctors, and practitioners, and driving sales growth across our portfolio of various products. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage and track weekly progress in outbound sales calls to independent pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, physicians, and healthcare practitioners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Educate customers on Alora's product portfolio, including upcoming brand and generic pharmaceutical launches, and active pharmaceutical ingredients. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to expand market share. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continual customer satisfaction and account growth. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, market developments, and prospective customer targeting. Qualifications: Previous experience in wholesale pharmaceutical sales or a related field preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within teams and meet / exceed goals / targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
