The Heritage Restaurant is recruiting for full-time and part-time Host/Busser and Dishwashers for our growing facility. This is an entry-level position and requires minimal training.

Position requires weekend hours.

Host Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• A willingness to work as a team and get along with others
• Supports Front of House Team
• High character

Dishwasher Responsibilities include:

• Gather dishes and pans from drop off points throughout the kitchen.
• Running all dishes and flatware through dishwashing machine.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing pots/pans/kitchen equipment
• Restocking stations with appropriate dishes.
• Closing Dish Station and sanitizing floors and surfaces at end of shift.

Busser Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the guest dining experience, as a whole, is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and team members
• Ensure that tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating.
• Supports Front of House Team
