Job Description

Our successful and growing home inspection team is ready to hire additional inspectors. We are looking for people who are reliable, professional, friendly, and detail-orientated to provide thorough evaluations of homes for buyers and sellers. This job requires equal parts customer service and technical skills. You will be joining a talented team that accomplishes the home inspection process with quality, integrity and exceptional customer service. Previous home inspection experience is required and national certification is preferred (ASHI). This is a full time position. Must be willing and able to travel throughout the metro area for work on a daily basis. We provide paid training on our process and systems. Company car is provided for work use. • Great attitude, presentation, and energy
• Previous home inspection experience
• Exceptional customer service, including verbal and written communication skills
• Personal smartphone, iPad experience, and good typing skills
• Ability to lift /carry 50 lbs. and maneuver in a variety of small spaces and conditions (must be able to walk on roofs and enter crawlspaces).
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, as well as stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance (in rare cases when driving personal vehicle is required)
• Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam
• Required to authorize background and driving checks
