Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated German Content Moderator to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for reviewing, moderating, and ensuring the quality of user-generated content across our platforms. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal standards. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content, applying contextual understanding to make informed decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes and tools. Provide insights and feedback to enhance user experience and platform safety. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively address content issues. Maintain accurate records of moderated content and decisions made during the moderation process. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in German (native or near-native) and proficiency in English. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess content contextually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Experience Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred. Experience in customer service or support roles will be advantageous. Knowledge of online safety and community standards is a plus. Working Hours This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with shifts covering peak activity times.
