Job Description

Nexeo HR is actively seeking a General Warehouse Laborer to join our growing team in Dallas, TX ! This role is essential in handling, organizing, and shipping high-quality products such as personal protective equipment and educational supplies for classrooms. If you have experience operating order pickers and/or cherry pickers, working in warehouse operations, and have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize a variety of products for efficient inventory control.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (order pickers and cherry pickers) to transport materials.
• Handle hazardous materials (chemicals) safely, following proper safety regulations.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily warehouse goals and deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to prevent delays in fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: 2+ years of warehouse, picker/packer, inventory, or similar experience in a similar role.
• Required: Experience operating order pickers or cherry pickers in a warehouse setting.
• Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus but not required.
• Some familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management software.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. of materials for extended periods.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Desire to work as part of a team, but able to work independently to effectively problem solve.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay

$18.00 - $19.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday - Friday
