About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of a fine-dining Mexican restaurant's operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on consistency and excellence
Hire, train, and mentor team members to support a positive work culture
️ Manage staff scheduling, labor efficiency, and performance
Control inventory, food and beverage costs, and vendor relationships
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Review financial reports and use data to increase profitability
Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive traffic
Cultivate an environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in fine-dining or high volume
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Budget management and financial performance improvement experience
️ Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and labor tools
️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
