Working out of our Tulsa location you will be working daily with our customers both direct and indirect. This is a very fast-paced environment, that requires high levels of planning and execution, problem-solving, and multi-tasking a must.

Daily handling of the phone along with walk-in traffic, working with our technicians to ensure they are completing the work provided in a timely manner. Dispatching our local drivers to pick up when the client calls and return their finished product.

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Clear communication in person, by phone and via writing is a must with customers, staff including administration
• Superior negotiating skills used for both internal and external customers
• Requires a high level of planning and execution, problem-solving on your own
• Ability to recognize stressful situations before they escalate so they can be diffused and the issue moved forward
• Self-starter, ability to follow through on set expectations without follow-up or prompting from a supervisor

• 2-3 years of direct customer service experience
• History of achieving and consistently exceeding goals
• A great conversationalist, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility
• Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
• A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
• Find ways to measure what's working and what's not and report progress on a regular basis
