We're currently looking for a
Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. This role is so much more than answering phones - you're the first and last face our clients see, and your ability to create a warm, efficient, and supportive experience sets the tone for the entire visit.
What You'll Do: - Greet clients and their pets with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries with clarity and compassion
- Schedule appointments using our PIMS (practice management software)
- Support our medical team by ensuring smooth client flow and accurate record keeping
- Manage daily administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and maintaining client records
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
What We're Looking For: - Prior experience in a veterinary or medical front desk setting strongly preferred
- Confident communication skills and a natural ability to put people at ease
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent client service
