About the Role

In this hands-on supervisory role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations , and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll lead a team to meet productivity targets while maintaining the highest standards in quality and sanitation .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team members on assigned shift or production line
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, HACCP, FDA/USDA guidelines, and company policies
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Train, coach, and develop frontline team members
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to support smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (preferred)
