Job Description

Gpac is currently working with a farming operation in Florida that is seeking a Farm Manager to join their team. 

Experience Needed:

• 3-5 years of turf farm or vegetable farm management
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Turf Grass Management, or related degree or experience
• Farm equipment operation experience and general farm equipment mechanical experience
• Organizational skills, management skills, general computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a sod farm
• Manage a team of production workers
• Oversee planting, harvesting, crop management, crop input purchasing
• MUST be a hands on working manager

Compensation/Benefits:

• $80,000-$100,000 base salary
• Bonus Potential
