We are seeking a Welder/ Fabricator to join our team. This is an opportunity with a growing manufacturing and service company for a rewarding career. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools including metal inert gas welding with aluminum and steel. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets industry codes and standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ability to read prints, layout, and fabricate according to specifications.
• Perform welding tasks on steel and aluminum materials
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience using hand tools and machinery relevant to fabrication tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in welding and fabrication

· Preferably has MIG welding experience in aluminum and steel

· Ability to read and analyze blueprints

· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

· Experience with cranes and forklifts is a plus

· Ensure we maintain a professional, safe, productive, and compliant work environment.

· Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
