Job Title: Extruder Operator – Foam Manufacturing
Location: Hickory, NC
Shifts: 2nd (2PM–11PM) & 3rd (11PM–7AM)
Pay: $19/hr

Join a forward-thinking foam manufacturer based in Hickory, NC, known for quality and innovation. We're looking for experienced Extruder Operators who are ready to take their skills to the next level with a company that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do:
Operate and adjust extrusion equipment to meet product specs
Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
Maintain accurate records and follow all safety protocols
What You Bring:
2+ years of extrusion experience (bonus if it’s with LDPE foam!)
Strong attention to detail and mechanical skills
Ability to read spec sheets and use digital calipers
Flexibility for OT, weekends, and different shifts as needed
Comfortable in a fast-paced, variable plant environment
