Exterior Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position focuses on the safe and effective cleaning of exterior surfaces without the use of ladders, utilizing advanced equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning tasks such as power washing, low level window cleaning, soft washing, and surface cleaning on buildings, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and patios.
• Operate ground-based, extendable equipment such as telescopic poles and water-fed brushes for cleaning upper-level surfaces.
• Use eco-friendly cleaning solutions and follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Assess cleaning needs and prepare work areas, ensuring no damage to customer property.
• Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their cleaning expectations.
• Document work performed, including before-and-after photos of cleaned areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely handle power washing and other cleaning equipment.
• Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Experience in exterior cleaning or a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to a strict no-ladder-use policy and utilize company-provided ground-based equipment.
• Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
