We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our fast-growing team, supporting dynamic promotional events that create unforgettable, face-to-face customer experiences.
No prior event experience required! We provide comprehensive paid training , one-on-one mentorship, and a clear path to advance into event management, branding, and leadership roles.
What You’ll Do:Represent major client brands at live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
Assist with event logistics including setup, takedown, and on-site coordination
Engage attendees to increase brand awareness, spark interest, and build relationships
Support marketing teams by executing brand strategies and gathering audience feedback
Manage marketing materials and maintain attractive, on-brand displays
Deliver outstanding customer service to uphold a positive brand image
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Professional appearance paired with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Reliable, energetic, and an enthusiastic team player
Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or events is a plus—but not required
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
