The Event and Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of client-focused promotional events. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, hands-on event work, and direct customer interaction. Youll work closely with event managers and brand ambassadors to ensure every activation runs smoothly and delivers the exceptional experience Brand X is known for.
Support the coordination of event logistics including materials, displays, signage, and promotional items.
Engage with customers during live events, providing product information, answering questions, and promoting the clients brand message.
Collect consumer data, feedback, and lead information during activations.
Help track event performance and contribute to post-event reports.
Maintain a professional, energetic presence that enhances the overall experience for attendees.
Travel locally to event locations across Riverside and surrounding areas as needed.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, on-your-feet environments.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings based on event schedules.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with event setup tasks.
Hands-on experience in experiential marketing and event coordination.
