This role involves designing and implementing solutions to optimize enterprise systems while meeting business needs. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Oracle technologies and a passion for delivering impactful results. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain ERP and CRM systems to support organizational processes and goals. • Implement client-side scripting to enhance system functionality and user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. • Configure and manage Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Financials, to meet operational needs. • Create and modify Oracle reports to provide meaningful insights and data-driven decision-making support. • Utilize ESB Oracle SOA to integrate systems and streamline workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability. • Document system configurations and processes for effective knowledge sharing and future reference. • Test and deploy system updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. • Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP/CRM functionalities. • Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, and their configuration. • Experience with ESB Oracle SOA for system integration. • Strong knowledge of Oracle Reports and their customization. • Ability to develop and implement client-side scripting solutions. • Familiarity with gathering and documenting business requirements. • Expertise in configuration management and system testing. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical system issues. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and supporting end-users.
