Prestige Business Solutions, Inc is looking for an Entry Level Recruiter ready to become a contributor to the growth of our firm. No experience is needed, WE WILL PROVIDE ALL THE TRAINING to be successful in this role. We do ask that you bring a positive attitude, unbeatable work ethic and love for helping people.

Entry Level Recruiter Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting procedures to bring on top talents for our Orlando location
• Evaluate potential candidates qualifications through various screening process
• Manage and track all recruiting data
• Be the liaison between candidates, hiring team, and interviewer to ensure open communication and stream line the on-boarding process
• Be the face and voice of our company
• Build amazing relationships with candidates, management team, and fellow associates

Requirements:

• Local to the Orlando area. This position can be on-site, hybrid or remote once training is completed.
• Self-motivated to improve professionally and personally
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional demeanor
• Friendly and positive attitude is a MUST, no exception!
• Organized and go-getter mentality to meet daily tasks and goals
• Team player but also excel individually
• Confident in handling additional office duties
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
• Associate/Bachelor's degree is preferred (All Majors Accepted)
• Must be interested in recruitment, human resources and business administration
