As an Entry Level Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial objectives and initiatives. This is a hands-on position that requires superior mathematical skills and offers an excellent learning opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining financial models and business cases.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts, financial reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities or threats.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support company goals and objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Entry level to 2 years of financial analysis experience 
• A high GPA (3.5 or above) in relevant coursework.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including, pivot tables, filtering, lookups and manipulating large amounts of data.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
