Our growing marketing and advertising team is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to help drive campaign success, strengthen customer relationships, and support event execution for nationally recognized brands.
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity that offers comprehensive training in marketing strategy, promotional outreach, consumer behavior, and brand development . Successful candidates will have the chance to grow quickly into Team Lead and Management roles .
🔧 What You’ll Do:Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Assist with customer acquisition and retention strategies
Promote brand awareness through live events, retail activations, and experiential marketing
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent clients with professionalism
Contribute to market research, consumer engagement, and brand messaging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
Develop essential leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Take initiative in problem-solving and campaign execution
Must be able to work full-time and have weekend availability for events
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for training and events (company paid)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, adaptable, and excited by fast-paced environments
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth
