We’re looking for an Entry Level Event Assistant who’s ready to learn the ins and outs of event marketing and coordination from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on teamwork, and wants to build a meaningful career in live events and promotions.
As an Event Assistant, you’ll help bring our clients’ campaigns to life through hands-on event setup, customer engagement, and brand interaction. You’ll receive paid training, mentorship, and clear pathways for growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Support event managers in executing promotional campaigns and community events
Engage with attendees to promote client brands and initiatives
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive event experience
Help manage event materials, displays, and promotional products
Collaborate with team members to achieve event and campaign goals
No previous experience required — we provide paid training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, outgoing, and dependable team player
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a face-to-face, event-based environment
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
