Join the IPG Team! Position Purpose: Responsible for assisting in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for modules such as Sales & Marketing, Field Services, and Customer Service. Understand business requirements and design efficient solutions tailored to meet those needs. Principle Accountabilities: Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including CRM and Power Platform applications. Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations. Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365 to ensure best practices are followed. Ensure data management, caching, and optimization best practices are implemented, with familiarity in Azure services being highly desirable. Essential Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales & Marketing, Field Services, and Customer Service, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities. Proficiency in creating canvas and model-driven apps. Experience automating workflows and integrating various services. Strong skills in designing and managing data models, especially with Microsoft Dataverse. Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
