Job Description
We are adding a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to our team! We offer competitive pay and benefits, including PTO (3 wks/yr), seven paid holidays, 401K (with 100% match up to 4%), medical, dental, and vision. Scheduling flexibility allows for as few as 40 hours or as many as 53 hours per week, with only four mandatory hours per week outside of 9-5. $500 signing bonus after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Safely perform compounding of medications
Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients
Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
Process prescriptions using computer software
Label and record dosage information
Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
Prepare logs for compounding
Perform other pharmacy technician process functions including fill, payment, label, and ship
Qualifications:
Pharmacy technician license in the state of Indiana required
Compounding experience required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
