Assistant Manager, in Food/Resume with past history and references tailored to the the hiring position.
Staffing: recruiting, training, and supervisor staff
Operations: Overseeing daily operations, shift management, and ensuring compliance with regulations
Inventory: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and optimizing stock control/over and under buying
Customer Service: Maintaining a positive atmosphere for customers, addressing concerns and answering questions
Food Safety: Enforcing sanitary practices for food handling and ensuring compliance with food safety laws
Menu development: Contributing to menu development and pricing strategies
Polices: Collaborating with the Coffee/Bakery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements: Assistant Managers, must have high school diploma or GED
3 years of management experience, and a combination of practical experience, leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
Must have open availability with weekends.
Business hours are M-T 6:00 AM -5:00 PM F-S 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
